隱私權政策

本隱私權政策說明 HelpTools 瀏覽器擴充功能與 helptools.org 網站（「HelpTools」、「我們」）如何收集、使用及保護資訊。安裝或使用 HelpTools 即表示你同意本政策。

2. 我們處理的資訊

2.1 Product and review content

When you request an AI action, the extension may read publicly visible product information needed for that action, including the product URL, title, price, rating, sales signal, attributes, and, where supported, review text. It sends only the relevant content to our secure backend to generate the requested demand analysis, listing draft, or review summary and to enforce usage limits.

2.2 帳戶與安裝識別碼

為了運作免費的每日限額與 PRO 權益，擴充功能會產生一個匿名的安裝權杖，儲存在你的瀏覽器本機中，並隨請求一併傳送至我們的後端。如果你登入，我們會儲存你已驗證的電子郵件，以便在不同裝置間連結你的訂閱。

2.3 帳單資訊

如果你購買 PRO，結帳與帳單將由我們的付款服務供應商 Lemon Squeezy 處理，其擔任記錄商家（merchant of record）。我們會收到你的訂閱狀態以解鎖 PRO 功能。我們不會收到或儲存你完整的付款卡片資料。

2.4 媒體下載

「下載媒體」功能會直接在你的瀏覽器中擷取商品圖片與影片，並在你的裝置上將其封裝為 ZIP 檔案。媒體檔案不會上傳至或儲存於我們的伺服器。

2.5 技術日誌

我們的後端會保留最少量且短期的技術日誌（例如請求時間戳記與錯誤資訊），以安全地運作服務並防止濫用。

2.6 Usage and activity data

To show your history and keep the service reliable, our backend records which actions you run in the extension (for example a demand check, a listing draft or a media download) together with the product link, title and thumbnail, the site, the interface language and a timestamp. These records are tied to the anonymous installation token, or to your account once you sign in, and are also kept, in anonymous form, for installations that never sign in. We use them to display your per-extension history, to enforce usage limits and to understand how the extensions are used; we do not sell them.

4. 第三方服務

• OpenAI — to generate the demand analyses, listing drafts, and review summaries you request from submitted public product content.
• Lemon Squeezy — 用於處理 PRO 購買並管理訂閱。
• Resend — 用於傳送帳戶登入與通知電子郵件。
• Cloudflare — 用於傳遞及保護我們的網路流量。

各供應商均依其自身的隱私條款處理資料。

5. 資料保留

已儲存的分析會在擴充功能中保留一段有限的期間，並可能保留於我們的後端，以提供歷史記錄並提升可靠性。技術日誌僅在安全與營運所需的期間內保留。你可以透過聯絡我們，要求刪除與你的帳戶或安裝相關的資料。

6. 資料安全

擴充功能、網站與我們後端之間的流量在傳輸過程中均經過加密（HTTPS）。我們採取合理的技術與組織措施，以保護我們所處理的資料。

7. 你的權利

視你的所在地而定，你可能擁有存取、更正或刪除你資料的權利。若要行使這些權利，請寄送電子郵件至 [email protected].

8. 兒童

HelpTools 適用於 18 歲以上的使用者，並非以兒童為對象。
